Shipping policy

Dispatch times

To help us pick and pack orders, we ship all orders at the end of each month, and orders placed before the 20th of each month will be shipped that month, with orders placed after this cut-off sent before the end of the following month. On dispatch, you will be notified with tracking information and we ship via a Next Day (UK) courier service. For Highlands & Islands, Europe and International orders, delivery times are dependent on location. This allows for your yarn selections to be picked, the boxes lovingly packed, and our quality controls seal of approval.

We send our boxes by DHL courier on a next-day service within the UK. This comes with a fully trackable service. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Within the UK our next day delivery service costs just £6.00.

For deliveries to Europe, we ship via international courier on a 4+ working day delivery service, from dispatch. This costs £12.00.

For deliveries to Europe (non-EU) we ship via international courier on a 4+ working day delivery service, from dispatch. This costs £19.00.

For the USA/Canada and ROW we ship via international courier on an 8+ working day delivery service, from dispatch. This costs £38.00.

For Australia and New Zealand, we ship via international courier on an 8+ working day delivery service, from dispatch. This costs £50.00

Please note, we may need to contact you regarding shipping outside of the UK and Europe, as shipping charges are currently very volatile and subject to rise without notice.
