Refund policy
Can I return my order?
We want you to be completely happy with your knit + wear purchase. If you wish to return or exchange any item(s) bought from knitandwear.co, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order from us (7 days for sale/clearance/promotions). To qualify for a refund/exchange, all items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you have started making, we are unable to accept a return unless there is a fault with our product.
How to submit a return?
Please package your return carefully in the original packaging to ensure everything arrives with us in good condition, and send to;

Remember to include your order number (you'll find this in your confirmation email), a brief description of why you are returning the item(s), and any exchange you require. We can't process your return without these details. You will need to pay for your own return postage and we recommend that you request and retain a certificate of posting.
When will I get my refund?
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, usually within 7-14 days of receiving your return. We use the same payment method as you used to pay for your order and, depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 1-5 days for the payment to clear.
